Observation

Concentrates from the DMS plant or Caustic Dissolution process are observed for diamonds in our observation facility.  They are verified, sized and weighed either individually or as a sieve class depending on the client requirements. Diamonds are observed according to CIM Guidelines.  Diamond descriptions and photographic services are available.  Each diamond can  be measured in three dimensions using our proprietary software.  Diamond Descriptions include sieving(either Root2 or DTC), weights, measurements, form, breakage descriptor, colour, inclusions, resorption and surface features.
